Tablet will not accept updates. I have tried: SETTINGS > BACKUP & RESET > UNCHECK AUTOMATIC RESTORE AND BACK UP MY DATA (IN THAT ORDER) > FACTORY DATA RESET > RESET MY TABLET. I think it was caused by: Don't know what caused it. Would not accept updates.

Screen has a picture of the little robot lying down with a red triangle and an exclamation point in it. It says no command and then says 'now send the package you want to apply to the device with ADB sideload. Do you know how to unlock a LINSAY F-7HD tablet for my little brother? He forgot his number pass-code on the tablet and the Google account unlock doesn't pop up either.
